We want you to love your hair results as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused Sleepy Tie® products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or removed from their protective seal cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unused Sleepy Tie® in its original box and include the packing slip to ensure your return is identified correctly.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for hygiene compliance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
